International & Domestic Shipping

For standard delivery within Australia we use Australia Post express service. For all international deliveries we use DHL. All orders are dispatched after two business days except during an Outlet sale or a sale period.

Please note we can deliver to PO Boxes within Australia. Delivery is made during normal business hours to residential or business addresses.

Our shipping charges and delivery times are as follows; Please be advised that during an Outlet sale or a sale period your order may take approx 10 business days for delivery.

Australian Delivery Charges

  • Standard – $14.95 (allow 5-7 business days)

International Delivery Charges

  • New Zealand – $19.95 (allow 5 business days)
  • Rest of the World – $19.95 (allow 5 business days)

We also have a postcode validation tool on the checkout page should you wish to check if a postcode qualifies for this service.

Important Notice: Customs and Import Duty Charges effective from 11.59pm AEDST on Saturday 12 November 2011.

Please note customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination (delivery) country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges, and cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.

For international deliveries we will provide a tracking number so that you know where your parcel is at all times.

If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, our courier service will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery at your convenience. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

If you enter an incorrect address during checkout Wilson Australia Accessories is not liable for any delay or if the item does not arrive to you. Where an incorrect address is entered parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch however Wilson Australia Accessories cannot be accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period. Please note there will be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address.

Free Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Shopping at wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au is easy and risk free with all full price items ordered able to be returned FREE of charge, within our 14 day change of mind period. For more details see below.

Change of Mind

Wilson Australia Accessories will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. Wilson will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 14 days of purchase.
  2. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange/credit only. Our online store does not accept returns for sale items. You must contact us via email to redeem an exchange or online store credit. We do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles at our online store therefore if the size or style is not available you will be granted a online store credit. You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
  3. You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
  4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Wilson, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item (s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  5. Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return.

Full-Price Merchandise Refunds:

  • The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card/paypal) if returned within 14 days of the ship date on your tax invoice. Please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Sale-Price Merchandise Returns:

  • The full amount of the sale price will be credited in the form of an online store credit/exchange for the value paid if returned within 14 days.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange/credit only.

  • After 14 days, change of mind returns of sale product are not eligible for exchange or credit.
  1. Return of an online purchase by Mail

Our online store accepts returns for a refund (full price items only), or exchange for a different size or colour full price items only. If you would like to return your item/s to our online store please reply to your confirmation email or forward your tax invoice to Customer Service.

Please note during an Outlet sale or a sale period we do not offer change of mind returns for a refund, exchange or credit. We do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles therefore if the size or style is not available you will be granted an online store credit.

For change of mind returns for full price items, our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with a return authority number and reply paid address to return the item/s free of charge.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Wilson cannot guarantee availability of exchanged sizes after this period.

  1. Returning a Gift

Gift recipients who return an item must be within 14 days of purchase and provide ‘proof of purchase’ being either a tax invoice or a credit card/bank statement. Personalised items such as our “Personalization Foil Emboss” goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Returning an International Delivery

Our online store accepts returns for a refund (full price items only), or exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return your item/s to our online store please reply to your confirmation email or forward your tax invoice to Customer Service.

Important Information

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.

Product Information

Wilson stands by the quality of our manufacturing standards as such should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) presents itself please kindly contact our customer service team and we will endeavour to assist you accordingly.

Leather is a natural product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with Wilson’s care instructions, dismantling or repair by persons other than recommended repair centres are not covered under the terms of the warranty outlined below.

Wilson will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
