We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order, and then Acceptance by wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will be upon Your receipt of the email confirming despatch of the Product in accordance with clause 3.4 and 3.5. wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au may reject Your Purchase Order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time prior to Your receipt of this acceptance by Wilson Australia Accessories.
1.4 The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).
1.5 wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on reasonable prior notice to You. If wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order by giving notice to Wilson Australia Accessories, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
1.6 wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. While every endeavour is made to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will use reasonable endeavours to arrange despatch of the product within 48 hours of You submitting the Purchase Order. Upon receipt of the tracking number from the courier being used to deliver Your Product, Wilson Australia Accessories will notify You by email of the despatch of the Product and the tracking number. This email is acceptance by Wilson Australia Accessories of Your offer to purchase the Product.
Expected delivery times are:
3.7 The expected delivery times set out in clause 3.6 are estimates only. wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Product is not delivered within the timeframes set out in clause 3.6.
3.8 All deliveries must be signed for. Risk and title in the Product will pass to You upon You, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the Product.
3.9 If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be returned to the depot by the courier company. The courier company may attempt further delivery of the Product to You, however, if this is not effected wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will arrange for the return of the Product to wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au and refund the price to You, less any shipping costs incurred by Wilson Australia Accessories, and less relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.
Returns by You for change of mind
5.1 If You wish to return or exchange Product because of a change in mind, You may do so in accordance with the following process:
a. You must notify wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 21 days after such notification.
b. You must notify wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au by email sales@wilsonaccess.com to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au's Customer Services Help-Line on a Business Day between 9.00AM and 5.30PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on: +61 3 9596 0615
c. You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Wilson Australia Accessories,or delivery note.
d. You must return the Product to the following address:

e. You must mark on the courier company's consignment note that it is a return/replacement if it is a return from a country outside Australia, so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

h. You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
i. You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
j. Upon receipt of the Product by Wilson Australia Accessories, wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will refund to You the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
k. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Wilson Australia Accessories, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
l. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If You wish to exchange, please make Your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.
5.2 If You wish to return faulty or damaged Product, wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:
a. You must notify wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au within 6 months of receiving the Product of the flaw or damage, and then arrange return of the Product to wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au within 28 days after such notification.

h. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Wilson Australia Accessories, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
i. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make Your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.

12.2 Subject to clause 11.3, wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au shall not be liable to You for any cost, expense, or damages whatsoever for terminating this Agreement.
12.3 If the Product has not been delivered to You prior to any termination of this Agreement by Wilson Australia Accessories, wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au will refund to You any payment You have made prior to the termination.
13.2 This Agreement is not subject to any terms or conditions proposed by You unless those terms or conditions are expressly accepted by wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au in writing.
13.3 Failure of either party to enforce any right it has under these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of those rights, nor limitation upon the party's ability to subsequently exercise those rights.
13.4 The Agreement will be made on wilsonaustraliaaccessories.com.au's acceptance of Your offer and will be, and is, governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia in any dispute or any matter in any way related to, or connected with, this agreement or any transaction contemplated by this agreement.
13.5 Each party agrees not to object to the venue or to claim that the courts exercising jurisdiction in the state of Victoria, Australia are an inconvenient forum for any dispute or any matter in any way related to, or connected with, this Agreement or any transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
13.6 If any provision of the Agreement is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable, then the provision is severed to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
